3、 Working principle
The gas inside the fiberglass absorption tower is sent in by a fan, and the gas flows from bottom to top. The absorbing liquid is pumped into the tower top by an acid resistant pump and uniformly sprayed downwards through a liquid distribution device. Forming countercurrent absorption, the gas after neutralization passes through the dehazing section inside the tower and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. Different acidic gases are absorbed by different absorption liquids. Using sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption and neutralization solution, the purification efficiency of hydrochloric acid mist can reach over 98% when the solution concentration is 2-6%; The efficiency of purifying sulfuric acid mist can reach over 97%; The efficiency of purifying nitric acid mist can reach over 90%.
The efficiency of using sodium hypochlorite solution as the absorption and neutralization solution to purify cyanide containing waste gas is over 95%.
